Amanda Williams

Grants & Outcomes Specialist & June PAC Operations Director

Amanda Williams Ware

Amanda began her KWC journey at age five as a student performer and served as a KidPower Leader and member of the KidPower Leadership Board until she graduated. She went on to study Musical Theatre and Voice at Stephens College in Columbia, MO, while dedicating her summers to KWC as a member of the University/Young Professional staff. While cultivating a dual career as a performer in NYC and DFW and a ladder-climber in corporate America, she maintained a connection with KWC as a Resident Artist, a songwriter, and an alum representative on the Board of Directors.

After a lifetime of involvement, Amanda joined the KWC staff in 2015 and now serves as the KidPower HR Director, the June Performing Arts Camp Co-Director, and, after mentorship by predecessor Kathryn Albright, the Grants and Outcomes Specialist.

Amanda has maintained a simultaneous career as a performer, vocal coach, and recording artist and can still be seen in leading roles on stages in NYC and across the DFW area. When not writing grants or performing on a theater or cabaret stage, she sings across the US in two rock bands, writes and records original music, produces vocals for recording artists, and writes novels.
