Courtney Douglas

Courtney graduated from Tarleton State University with her bachelor’s degree in Business Managment as well as earned an Associates in Small Business-Entrepreneurship from Tarrant County College. Courtney began her career in retail banking at Wells Fargo in 2004, and in 2012, she joined the Cowtown Coliseum in the Fort Worth Stockyards as the Executive Assistant to the Director, working her way through various positions for over ten years. In 2022, she left the Stockyards to pursue small business management, acquiring and operating The Guitar Studio in Fort Worth with her husband.  She is excited to combine her experience in accounting and event operations with her love for the arts to continue to engage and promote the eclectic culture that is Fort Worth. Courtney enjoys horseback riding spending time with her family, and is delighted to enroll her own daughter in classes at KWC!
